Mark Toth has served as ManpowerGroup North America's Chief Legal Officer since 2000. He also serves on the company’s North American Leadership Team and Global Legal Lead Team and oversees Risk Management, Strategic Sourcing and Real Estate.
Mark’s key areas of expertise include contracts, corporate law, employment law, regulatory compliance, litigation management, government affairs, employee safety, real estate, risk reduction and business strategy. He has been interviewed as a legal and workplace expert by The Wall Street Journal, Newsweek, Business Week, 60 Minutes, The National Law Journal and many others.
Mark is a past Chair and current board member of the American Staffing Association and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, as well as a Certified Staffing Professional. He is also a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel and the Wisconsin and American Bar Associations.
Mark was named one of the ten most intriguing people in the staffing industry by Staffing Review Magazine and one of the top 100 most influential people in staffing by Staffing Industry Analysts.
Mark is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School and has completed executive programs at Harvard Business School and the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
